These Terms and Conditions govern use of https://selfstorages.space/ and storage services provided by Individual Entrepreneur Sergei Vilkov ("we", "our", "us").

By booking or using a storage box, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to follow them together with the storage rules published on the Website.

2. Description of Services

We provide individual storage boxes for personal belongings, furniture, documents, seasonal items, and business property in Yerevan.

The storage box size, rental period, price, access rules, and any additional services are confirmed during booking or in the rental documents.

3. Booking and Payments

By placing a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Prices are displayed in Armenian drams (AMD), unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms, deposits, renewals, and late payment consequences are defined in the rental documents and payment notices issued for the selected storage box.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Use the storage box only for permitted items.
• Do not store prohibited, hazardous, illegal, perishable, or living items.
• Keep access credentials secure and do not transfer them to unauthorized persons.
• Pay rental and related charges on time.
• Follow the facility rules and instructions from staff.

5. Access and Security

Access to the facility is provided according to the current access procedure. Security systems help protect the facility, but customers remain responsible for packing, protecting, and insuring stored property when needed.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the Refund Policy, rental documents, and applicable law. Used rental periods and performed services are generally not refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our responsibility for direct losses is limited by the rental documents and applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend access or terminate services if these Terms, storage rules, payment obligations, or legal requirements are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
