Consent to Personal Data Processing

The User who provides their data on the SVOY SKLAD website, in a booking form, in direct communication with the Administration or when signing documents hereby consents to the processing of their personal data on the terms of this document.

2. DATA SUBJECT

The data subject is the User who books a storage unit, enters into or performs an agreement with SVOY SKLAD, contacts SVOY SKLAD or provides their data to receive services.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• arranging and managing bookings
• entering into, performing, amending and terminating the agreement for temporary use of a storage unit
• identifying the User and preparing contractual documents
• arranging access to the storage facility
• communicating with the User about bookings, payments, access and service
• keeping records, issuing invoices and monitoring payments and outstanding amounts
• ensuring the safety of the facility, users and property
• considering inquiries, applications and complaints
• complying with the laws of the Republic of Armenia
• protecting the rights and legitimate interests of SVOY SKLAD

This consent does not constitute consent to advertising messages unless separate consent to such messages has been obtained.

4. PERSONAL DATA CATEGORIES

Within the stated purposes, the following may be processed:

• surname, first name, patronymic or another name supplied by the User
• date and place of birth
• passport details: number, date of issue, expiry date and issuing authority
• telephone number, additional telephone number and email address
• Telegram, WhatsApp and other contact details voluntarily supplied by the User
• residential address
• information about bookings, agreements, storage units, periods of use, payments and outstanding amounts
• notes, messages, inquiries and attached materials
• date and time of acceptance of documents, IP address, User-Agent, technical cookies and other technical website data

SVOY SKLAD does not request biometric data or special categories of personal data. If the User voluntarily includes such data in an inquiry, it is used only to the extent necessary to consider the inquiry or comply with legal requirements.

5. OPERATIONS WITH PERSONAL DATA

The User consents to the collection, recording, entry, organization, storage, updating, modification, use, transfer within the scope of this consent, blocking, anonymization and destruction of personal data, and other operations necessary for the stated purposes.

Processing may be carried out with or without information systems.

6. TRANSFER OF DATA

Personal data may be transferred only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing:

• to payment and banking services
• to providers of hosting, communications, notifications, CRM, accounting and technical services
• to lawyers, accountants, consultants and other SVOY SKLAD contractors
• to state authorities of the Republic of Armenia in cases provided for by law
• to other persons where transfer is necessary to perform the agreement, comply with legal requirements or protect the rights of SVOY SKLAD

Personal data may be transferred outside the Republic of Armenia where this follows from the purposes of processing or is necessary to achieve them and is carried out in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

7. DURATION OF CONSENT

Consent applies from the time it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or the User withdraws consent.

After consent is withdrawn, SVOY SKLAD stops processing and destroys personal data within the periods and to the extent provided for by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, except where further processing is necessary for performance of the agreement, accounting and tax records, consideration of complaints, protection of the parties’ rights or compliance with legal requirements.

8. USER’S RIGHTS

The User has the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of their personal data
• access their personal data
• request correction, blocking or destruction of incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unlawfully obtained or excessive data
• request that processing stop in cases provided for by law
• withdraw consent
• appeal the controller’s actions or inaction to the authorized personal data protection authority of the Republic of Armenia or to a court

9. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND INQUIRIES

To exercise their rights or withdraw consent, the User may send a request to: questions@selfstorages.space.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before receipt of the withdrawal, nor does it stop processing permitted or required under the agreement or the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

10. FORM OF CONSENT

Checking the consent box in the booking form, submitting the form, signing documents or voluntarily providing personal data to SVOY SKLAD are reliable actions of the User confirming consent to personal data processing under this document.
